You heard that right! The Colorado Motorcycle Expo will be held February 19 and 20, 2022!

  • It’s a swap meet. The largest indoor motorcycle swap meet in the country. Bikers and shops come from all over the world!
  • It’s a motorcycle show. The largest custom and antique motorcycle show in the Rocky Mountain Region!
  • It’s a vendor bonanza. Leather, parts, apparel, clubs, patches, tattoos, jewelry, custom paint… you name it, it’s here!
  • It’s a party! Live bands, VIP lounge, tattoo competitions, wet T-shirt contest, used bike corral, and more!
  • It’s a place to gather with old friends and make new ones.

If you like motorcycles, you do not want to miss this. Especially since we had to skip 2021 due to the pandemic – talk about pent-up demand! This is going to be a rager!

Exciting News for the 2022 Colorado Motorcycle Expo!

By Scott Schulz

The show is on!! The buzz is loud!! Everyone is excited for the upcoming Colorado Motorcycle Expo set to take place February 19 & 20!!

Christy & Scott Schulz

We know there may be some concern regarding recent mask/vaccine mandates for indoor events in the City and County of Denver. Rest assured, these mandates are set to expire by January 3rd, far in advance of our event. In addition, the National Western Stock Show will take place the two weeks leading up to our event, and it is almost guaranteed there will be no new restrictions, at least through the end of January, as any changes would be detrimental to the stock show’s success. Therefore, we do NOT anticipate any impact on our event as the National Western Complex has assured us they will not require masks or vaccines. In the event there is a federal mandate, we will have a plan B to either apply your registration towards or issue a refund if necessary.

For those of you who have already registered for the 2022 Expo, we thank you for your support. For those of you who are thinking about attending, here are several reasons why you don’t want to miss this exciting event:

  1. Our sponsorships for the 2022 Expo have already exceeded all previous years’ sponsorships.
  2. Our online and VIP ticket sales have far exceeded years past, and ticket sales continue growing daily.
  3. The majority of our returning vendors have already secured their spots.
  4. We’ve added many new vendors and new bikes to the bike show.

Click here to buy your tickets now!

Additionally, in an effort to increase traffic flow throughout the vendor areas:

  • We are hosting our first indoor poker run with giveaways. If you’ve never participated in a poker run, attendees will be instructed to stop by designated vendor/sponsorship booths to pick up a playing card. Players with the best hand at the end of the run win prizes. It’s a fun and unique way to encourage traffic flow throughout the expo.
  • We have also broadened our entertainment lineup, adding smaller stages and live music throughout the vendor areas.

We’re expecting an epic turnout, and spots are filling up quickly, so don’t delay. Secure your spot today by visiting us at www.coloradomotorcycleexpo.com/vendors We’re looking forward to seeing everyone in January, mask free!!

Colorado Motorcycle Expo 2022

October 4, 2021 By Laurie Montoya Leave a Comment

We’re excited to announce that the Colorado Motorcycle Expo is back for 2022! It will be held on January 29th and 30th at the National Western Complex in downtown Denver.  Formerly known as the Colorado Motorcycle Show & Swap, the Expo has been held annually in Denver since 1978. After starting at the Adams County Fairgrounds, the Expo moved to the National Western Complex in the early 1980s, and it draws people from all over the country.  The Expo has always had a large and loyal following among motorcycle enthusiasts, with 20,000-25,000 people attending the event each year.

The 2022 Expo is especially exciting because we’re back and better than ever after COVID canceled our 2021 show.  During COVID, we actively promoted motorcycle-related events throughout the Denver area during our off-year to help local businesses during these trying times. Now that our main event is back on for 2022, the responses we’ve received from sponsors, vendors, and attendees have been astounding.

The 2022 Expo will have 3 main components: 1) The largest indoor motorcycle swap meet in the country, 2) The largest custom & antique motorcycle show in the Rocky Mountain Region, and 3) Live entertainment and other attractions, like live bands, a VIP lounge, tattoo competitions, a wet T-shirt contest, the used bike corral, a kid zone, giveaways, and so much more.

We are committed to maintaining and improving upon the core elements that have made this an amazing event for the past 44 years–bringing together bikers and all who love motorcycles to buy and sell parts and goods, display and view unique motorcycles, and have one hell of a party! You don’t want to miss this fantastic event, so get your tickets now at www.coloradomotorcycleexpo.com

Thank you!

Scott and Christy

April 11th is the last Motorcycle Expo Swap for 2021

April 5, 2021 By Laurie Montoya Leave a Comment

The last Swap meet for the Expo this year will be April 11, 2021 at Dirty Dogs Roadhouse

UPDATE: The 2nd swap meet hosted by The Colorado Motorcycle Expo and Dirty Dogs Roadhouse in March was another record crowd and the weather again shined upon our biker community.   There was a better diversity of vendors selling everything from parts to amazing riding hats.

Sadly, this will be our final swap meet of the season.  Dirty Dogs Roadhouse is the #1 biker bar for a reason and with the warm weather and beautiful weekends to ride, they need both parking lots to accommodate customers.

On behalf of all the sponsors, Scott from The Colorado Motorcycle Expo, Rider Justice, Colorado Rider News, Mark & Rob and the staff at Dirty Dogs Roadhouse, we want to THANK YOU ALL.  This modified swap meet was a testament to the pride and unity the biker community feels for each other.

Our biker owned businesses were struggling in this pandemic as the events they heavily relied on to get them thru the winter are rescheduled, cancelled, or eliminated entirely.  We hope that these 3 months helped them get thru this tough time and get ready for any spring events they can find.

Please come out for the final swap meet on Sunday, April 11th from 10am to 4pm
